Into a common pool of emotions we added our own experiences and drew upon those of others. Uniqueness evolved as we moved among each other, teaching, bear- ing burdens, and sharing joys. Through vicarious joys and sufferings, we strength- ened and prepared ourselves for future adversities or triumphs. Friendships formed in the campus environment surpassed bar- riers of time, race, and geographical boundaries. 'H- 3 QV' Many worlds revolved around us, and on campus they converged into the unique world of Lubbock Christian College. We made friends of people with different back- groundsg their friendship brightened our tedious college schedules. Meeting inter- national students on campus helped make us aware of worldwide problems. From many, vve became one, learning to work together while retaining our in- dividuality.
