Miller, A.B., LL.B., J.S.D., has been a member of the Univer- sity ' s Faculty since 1938. Between 1940 and 1945, he twice served as Acting Dean of the School of Law. On D ecember 15, 1945, Dr. Miller permanently assumed this position.
