Dressedin their gay old-fashioned native costumes, they danced and sang the old boleros, paso dobles, and other folk songs in the Mallorcan-Spanish dialect. ln the village of Valldemosa, we visited the monastery where George Sand and Chopin had once lived, and which still houses Chopin's piano.
