.24 fridufe fo Qui' oarcl of giclucafion The representatives of our communities, whose job it is to see that the school functions properly, is the Board of Education. Each com- munity, from which Olll' students come, is rep- resented on the Board. If it were not for the out- standing work performed by the group, our school would not be the success that it is. The following are the board members and their offices: Mr. Raymond G. Ryan, President and district representative of Clementong Mrs. Eliz. Mossop, Vice-President and representative of Chesilhurstg Mr. XV. Grant Rowand, Berlin Township representative, Mrs. VirginiaiVVanne- wick and Mr. Williaiii Newcomb, Lindenwold Borough representativesg. Mr. Frank Donio and Mr. Alonzo Norcross, Wiilslow Township representativesg Mr. George M. Beven, Pine Hill representative, Mr. Richard Ewan, Vfaterford Eight Township representative 3 and Mrs. Edith K. Da- vies, Secretary. Mrs. Johanna E. Burton is the custodian. A meeting is held every month on the first Thursday and third Monday. The school board decided on such problems as budget Csupplying the best education at the most reasonable pricel personnel Qgetting the best staff in the adminis- tration, faculty and custodianj. They are also greatly concerned with scholarships, student wel- fare, advance planning, building maintenance and many other problems that most of us don't even know exist. We, then, the class of 1955, salute the Board of Education for its noble efforts in making Regional a better school and we thank them for enabling us to take advantage of the opportunities they have offered us.
