Mr. John J. Gildee Mr. James P. McCann AD MULTOS ANNOS At the close of the present school year, two of our long term faculty members will hang up their pedagogical robes and join the retired teachers ' club. John J. Gildee, head of our automobile department, is com- pleting his thirty-seventh year in vocational education. During this time many thousands of young men had the advantage of his guidance and training in the day school, evening division and at university extension courses. James P. McCann, head of our carpentry and woodworking department, is completing his thirty-third year. Mr. McCann also spent many a busy day and evening with thousands of fledgling carpenters in the greater Lowell area, and it is safe to say that he has personally molded careers of the vast majority of them. All of us regret their departure. We know the Trade High School will never seem the same without them. To both of you go our every wish for continued good health, happiness, and good cheer in your new roles as gentlemen of leisure.
