When we conducted an interview with head coach, Mr. Roe, we asked him his impression of the season. His reply was that he was happy but our schedule was disorganized. He saw definite improvement from last year, although we should have had a 3-2 record instead of 2-3. Some of his out- standing players this year were Mario Lugo, Darrel Storey, Ralph Hirales, Alan Kranz, and Carlos Vallejo. When asked what he thought of next year, he said he had a good returning line. Two of the top players for the Co- bras this year were MVP, Darrel Storey and MIP, Mario Lugo. When we asked Darrel Storey why he went out, he answered that he wanted to learn how to play linebacker and run- ning back. Mario answered that he wanted to learn to play better and learn better sportsmanship. Darrel,s most memorable moments were when he scored 2 touchdowns in the Pima game.
