In the throne room Queen Gloriana discusses mat¬ ters of state with her ministers, Dennis Broe and Rich Pace, while Trudy Lawyer and Betty Fedler wait in attendance. The senior play was presented in November, 1964. This play is a sa¬ tire on the political blundering of countries in our time. A small country, Grand Fenwick, captures a super bomb by declaring war on the United States, and, after steal¬ ing this bomb, Grand Fenwick tells the great powers of the world there must be peace. Besides this, the Fenwickians have beaten the U. S. in war, and as reparations the United States must pay $1, 000, 000. The play was presented to the student body and two night audiences, by whom it was uproariously received. But, as always, it appears that the cast and crew enjoyed producing the play as much as the audience enjoyed watching. The Archers Daryl Fraley and Bill Rouse display excellent bowmanship. Seniors Present Female tourists, Pat Collins, Peggy Harder, Joan Ellis, and Linda Parks, wait while Tom Pancini as chief ranger gains his composure. The brilliant Professor (Sid Van Horn) Kokintz contemplates the formula for his discovery, the 2-bomb, a super weapon.
