OUR SUPERINTENDENT Mr. H. C. Pannell, Superintendent of schools, ranks as one of the leading school administrators in New Mexico with a particularly outstanding reputation in the field of school finance. His stature as a school and civic leader is confirmed by the fact that he has served as president of the New Mexico Education Association, as a member of the executive committee of the N.M.E.A., as chairman of both the legislative and policies committees, and as district governor of Rotary International.
