I. Andy Austin, leave to boldly go where no man has gone before. I. Paul Chambers, leave with some good times and lots of memories. I. Amy Curry, leave Van Hoffman and Heather Watkins a very, very, very fast senior year so they can keep their sanity. I also leave Van all the free plane tickets to Arizona that he could want. And last, but not least. I leave Jeff 2 years to get away with as much as pos- sible since I won’t be around to complain about it. I. Kevin Davis, leave my brother. Tim. absolutely nothing because he doesn't deserve it and I need everything for college. I. Michelle Fair, leave Heather Watkins another singing buddy for noon hour to keep the tradition of making everyone, who could hear our (cough, cough) beautiful voices, miserable. I also leave Traci Scroggins and Nikki Ozier in hopes that they will find some- one to replace Brook and me so that the 8th hour mutual Cut Down” parties continue. And to dear sweet Traci, I also leave you a few words. I have a bone to pick with you! I. Nathan Foster, leave Darren P.. Travis M.. Steve S., and Michael T. someone else to tell them tall tales, and I also leave April Daily a new photographer. I. Jim Gale, leave my girlfriend. ME — what more could she ask for? And. I LEAVE my sister for good. Finally. I will be rid of her! (Ha. Ha) I. Marla Hodges, leave L.H.S. in hopes to find a better place then this place. I. Jayme LaBrot. leave this wonderful, high class place of intelli- gence . wait a minute, wrong school. I. Ellen Leach, being of unsound mind and body, leave LHS in hopes of finding some excitement, and some students who care. I also leave Laura Thompson, a great senior year, and someone as wild and crazy as I was during 4th hour, and I also leave her some san- ity. since this drives everyone crazy. I. Christy Markham, leave — April D.. Joy A.. Stef B.. and Steph Hale a definite place for their get-togethers so they won’t have to think about it all week. I also leave Van in hopes that he doesn’t turn out like the Goon at the track meet in Arthur. To Heather Wat- kins and April Markham I leave a great friendship since Amy and I will be gone I, Curtis Meadows, leave LHS in hopes that next years basketball team has as much fun at the state tournament as Redi, Erik. Van and I had. I also leave Jeff Curry the woman that he has been look- ing for all his life. I, Reid Molzen. leave Van Hoffman a life-size picture of his wife, Amy. that he can carry around from class to class so he won’t for- get what her face looks like during the months that she is gone. I. Heather Newberry, leave to Mr Bell a student who respects him as much as I do. I. Theresa Scroggins, leave Katie McMahan 3 fast years of high school to cause as much trouble and as many rumors as I did. To Jeremy. Eric, and Jeff I leave a big hug. and finally to my sister. I leave a cup of coffee and a great big hug to let her know I love her very much, even though I never tell her enough. (I love you. Traci) and I hope she has the best senior year ever. I. Erik VanPelt. leave the basketball team hopes of repeating a Me- ridian Conference Championship. The class of 1988 leaves the following: Mrs. Brown — We didn’t have time to do hers because we were too busy writing our descriptive paragraph, comp paragraph, essays, book reports, autobio., etc. while she was fixing her camera. Mrs. Murphy — Schaumburg Phonebook to sit on, so she can see over the top of the steering wheel. Mr. Morgan — An extorist for the darkroom. Mr. Tedeschi — A Jane Fonda workout tape. Mr. Bell — An earring and leather jacket for him to wear while he cruises Lovington on his new Harley that we’re giving him. Ms. Gamble — A class that raises money as good as we did and a box of kleenex. Ms. Graves — A student as good as Leslie. Mrs. Hicks — Pyromaniae proof tables for the library. Mrs. MacFarland — Three words of advice Just Say No” and a school bus for her kids. Mr. Allen — Earmuffs so he doesn’t have to listen to Joy Austin and duct tape for her mouth. Mrs. Uphoff — Portable potty for third hour to save her a trip down- stairs. Mrs. Molzen — A year without her sons getting speeding tickets. Mrs. Dunscomb — A chainsaw to control 4th hour study hall. Mr. Mac. and Mr. Boyd — Paul Chambers to tell them that they’re wrong next year. Julie - Barbed wire, land mines, and trenches for the office to keep students out. Marge — An electronic paper for Margo. Mr. Phillips — Nothing because we couldn’t find him to get his ap- proval for what we had written. Billy O. — A years supply of Switzer Sweets. To the Classes: 89 — A post-prom better than the one that you’re giving us. '90 — 50c to cover the cost for next year's post prom. '91 — Another senior to pick on. I. Brook Walker, leave Mr. Bell in hopes of some day becoming his niece-in-law I also leave Traci Scroggins (my Scrags) in hopes of finding someone else to have as much fun with on those so called College Days. I’ll miss you. Some words of advice — Don’t ever attempt to drive to Sullivan to see a guy when you have 15 minutes to be at a game; in rainy, slick, weather. To all of you — I hope your days at LHS go by faster than mine did. I. Leslie Yeakel. leave Stacy Yeakel and Jennifer Mechlmg a great senior year and the ability to get away with as much as Heather. Brook. Theresa, and I did I leave Corrie Mechling a few more feet so that maybe by her senior year, she will be 5 ft. tall. I also leave LeRoy Floyd someone else to fight with every day. 16
