William A. Gullick Superintendent Helping young people prepare for a successful future has al- ways been my primary goal as an educator. Though adminis- tration is often removed from the close personal contact with students, the best I have to offer is demanded so that their education will be one of quality. In the spirit of the 1982 MIRROR’S theme, the song that 1 always think of is THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM, from THE MAN OF LA MANCHA (Don Quixote). Working together diligently, perhaps our dreams of a better world will be made possible through a good education. Dale Farr Principal IPs Still L.H.S. Welcome back to the age of jive. Where have you been hiding out lately, Seniors. You can’t graduate till you’ve passed all your classes. Everybody’s talking about the new school coming. But it’s still L.H.S. to me. The yearbook staff asked me to write something about myself in song, and this was my best endeavor. I enjoy being a princi- pal at L.H.S. where I feel students can enjoy going to a small community high school while still achieving high academic standards. Looking backward over an enjoyable two years and forward to many more “Where it’s still L.H.S. to me”. 28
