The semester courses offer a more varied curriculum to the students. Mrs. Uphoff also headed the mini-courses day held in March. Classes like karate, knitting, gourmet cooking, and disco dancing were offered throughout the day. The students and teachers enjoy this day very much since it is an educational, refreshing change.
