The staff has worked hard from the beginning of the year un- til after graduation to capture memories for readers to always remember. Our year brought crisp autumn evenings filled with excitement as the Panthers played football, first and last Homecomings, suspense from the volleyball games, Christmas party madness and the dance, the big snow that kept us out of school, basketball season with the thrills of victories and ago- nies of defeat, donkey basketball, treasured moments at prom, organization meetings that broke up the sometimes monoto- nous school day, and LHS in its everyday routine. These were memories created in the 1976-77 school year. We’ve tried our hardest to include all of them in the book. The staff must be driving on now; so, read and enjoy. Editor, Paula Ozier 2
