The Art Club serves refreshments at the drama productions and this year we pointed the cafeteiio, along with Student Council. to give it a new and exciting look And we can't forget about the awesome art show we gave to show off everyone's artistic abilityu The Student Council is on active group working towards the advancement of our student body. Every year there are countless events and activities sponsored by us. Some are old traditions like the Homecoming dance, computer doting, candy canes, and sock hopsl while others are brand new like send-o-spook. We even revive old activities like bringing back the Christmas Bali and the Talent Show. The Student Council not only sponsors activities for enjoyment, we aiso raise money to better the school. In the post we have pur- chased many items such as student information boards: the signboord, honors board, and the book bulletin board This year Student Council purchased a new information board for the front lawn pointed the cafeteria with the Art Club, and also mode 0 donation to the Shrine Burns Institute. Cholr and Show Choir started the school year out on the right note with their better-than-ever FOIL Christmas, and Sweet- hearts' performances. ttPerkins night out and M8xM soles helped raise money for upcoming events in Choir and the music department Show Cholr's newiy elected name uBy Request and new look gave them a great start as they toured in and around Loveland. Competition in March gave the Choir new expectations of going to State, and with Show Choir working towards their contest at Kings Island in April, everyone had something to sing about. The Computer Club has been in existence for five years. We have twelve active members. We do not stay after school to play 0 bunch of video games. instead we have fun by playing intellectuoi mind teasers One of these games is called King's Quest. This game was purchased about three months ago and we just recentiy solved it. Eric Dunn and Jeff Lone along with support from Andy Bissmon Qoresidenb and Craig Jeffrey tvice-presidentt conquered the Quest! tiCIubs CompuTer Club Row 4: Tonya Bogon, Craig Jeffrey, Adam Kennedy, Poul Stephenson. Time In A Bottle Hit had been a few months since I had sent my application to State U, I had only sent it in because my mom wanted me to send it. I had nothing against the idea because I had no doubt in my mind that I would not be accepted, I didn't mind though because I didn't want to go there anyway. ilAfter I had sent the application and the weeks went by, I would find myself at the mailbox every- day, searching through the stock of mail for my rejection letter. Finally, the day had come. I was holding the letter in my hand. I opened the letter to find that I would be going there In the Fall of 1988. It was the only place I wanted to go, and I was happy!
