When we find that our knowledge had aided us, the understanding for education will become greater, The world 136' comes brighter with the gleam of knowledge. Giant earth movers start their work. To preserve the record of thEse moments of struggle, happiness and of knowledge gained through these struggles and hard work, this annual strives to capture the heyes and hmindt, of scholar- shipJ the leadership, the activities, and the character of Loveland High School. Plans are checked Dedication We, the Class of 1963, feel most proud that we are the first class to graduate from the new high school. We are very fortunate that the people in this community gave us this building for our educational program. Therefore, we, the Class of 1953, proudly dedicate this annual to the members of the community, who, we know, are as proud of this new high school as we are. Bigger and bigger grows the building. Our Administration More and more cement comes A dmz'nz'stm tion A man of many ideas, a man of seeing into the future, a man of busy days is our superintendent, Mr. Hurst. With many problems to conquer and always a smile for everyone is our new assistant supermtendent, Mr. Mason. Busy are the days in running a high school, but Mr. Oggk door is always open to discussion of an roblem. We con ratulate our rinci a1 , . M: Egg. g p p , There are no adequate words to descrxbe our assmtant principal, Mr. McCoy. May he continue to do good work. Being a principal of Loveland Miami School is not an easy task, but the work is carried on with complete confidence by Mr. Dunkle. By having a great sense of humor and by having an understanding of his students, MrA Gest has become a popular principal of Loveland Junior High School. As principal of the Lowland Elementary School, IvIr, IVIajoewsky is admired by students and parents alike. With his warm smile and pleasing manners, Mr. Wood has assured himself a place of honor as principal of the Branch Hill School. .N nmA: Miss Templin is ever ready with her warm smile and advice in the guidance depart ment. No library can be as good as ours since Mrs. Gentry is in charge of the high school library. Mrs. Ferris and Miss Payne are the capable members of our business education department. Miss Tanner and her girls always send those delicious aromas from the home economxcs department. Mrs. Kelly, head of the English department, con- fers with the other English teachers, Mrs. Whipple, Mr. Picciano, and Mrs. Carter. Mrs. Neumann, our government teacher, and Mr. Smith, our American hlstory teacher, confer about their plans for future classes. Here are the mathematics instructorst Mr. Zimmerman, Mrs. Williams, and Mr. Felter. Mr. Salisbury and Mr. Neumann try to trick each other with their knowledge of the languages, Latin and Spanish and French. Mr. De'Nitt, Mr. Williamson, Mr. McCoy, Miss Reynolds, and Mr. Mihalik, are the excellent and understanding coaching staff. 1 Our music department is well conducted by Mr. Goosman and Mr. Robuck. The industrial arts department, led by Mr. Achterman and Mr. Baker, taught the boys many useful skills. Mr. Ramsey, Miss Poser and Mr. Koehl kept our science department well organized. ! v C- .. '- .
