Freshmen we were in '49 Seeking knowledge that was there to find. 'Stead of taking 'vantage in our spare time, We let nonsense and mischief enter our minds. As sophomores we really thought we were great Selling our pencils at all doors and gates. Ready always to make a dime To use later on when we reached the time. egaue Come Our junior year was one of which we'll tell, Always hot clogs or coffee to sell, Busy decorating for that big day When the PROM finally came our way. Then at last our senior year! Failing to make it was our only Fear. Washington was the time that come next; Waiting and planning surely had us perplexed. When the last day Finally arrived We were all drying our eyes; Reliving the memories of days gone by, Wishing we had iust one more try. President Russell Schultz
