The Sophomore Class sold pencils during the school year. At the beginning the sophomores ob- tained pencils with the football schedule printed on them. As basketball came into season, the sophomores sold basketball schedule pencils. Nearing the end of basketball season, the stu- dents found the pencils with our school song im- 27 printed. With this information on the pencils, many students; knew when and where the foot- ball and basketball games were played, and the school spirit went up several notches when the students saw the pencils with the words of the school song.
