Roma 0 gducafion H. l. Cottman, President O. P. Bodley, Clerk Henry Chisman, Vice President l. M. Montgomery Roy Malott -k if Page 8 v ADMINISTRATION The faculty of the Loveland High School is to be congratulated upon the work accomplished in the last tew years. The pupils and teachers are proud of the new building and wish to thank the good people of Loveland for this gitt. Even under the war strain we are proud of the boys and girls in their conduct and their response to the teaching and things that are not pleas- ant to endure. Household arts is one of the bright spots with Miss Marshall as leader. Library and study hall are quite complete and are enjoyed by all. Physical education, under the direction oi Mr. Kauber and Miss Lewis. in the wonderful gymnasium, makes school much more pleas- ant than the former set-up on the hill. English is under the guidance ot Mrs. Harsha, Miss Pope, and Miss Dix- son, who are doing a fine piece ot work. Latin is still quite popular under Miss Templin. We regret very much the resignation ot Mrs. Gladys Gentry, one of the finest teachers with whom we have come in contact in our experience. Mrs. Gentry is succeeded by Mr. Blake, who has spent some tirne studying languages in Europe. Science has made quite a change in the new set-up: we regret that Mr. Steele will not be with us next year. Gur music is superb under Miss Beaver and Mr. Craggs, with five superior groups going to state. The cornrnercial department is tops in the new home, and everyone participating enjoys the work.
