In our four years of high school you have never let us down as a teacher. We hope that, in the rest of our lives, we never let you down either. DICK RAYMOND Honorable Mention: RUTH REITER Stewart L. The most important year in any students schooling is the senior year. The Seniors of 1965 have had a year that will long be remembered by all concerned. The football team had the best year it has enjoyed in many years and the basketball team had a three way tie for first in the con- ference. The Juniors put on some admirable dances in honor of the Seniors of 65. Some seniors regret that they are leaving and some wish it were over sooner. As they start out on the road of life, they will al- ways remember their years at LCHS. SENIOR. OASS OFFICERS Toni O. Virg M. Linda J. Vy OFFICERS Patti Jacobs Secretary Larry Zabloudil Vice-President Jaci Tucker Treasurer Sandra Kusek President The junior year is very busy and this one was no exception. With the Grid dance starting the year of business, the juniors turned out in fine form and gave the LCHS team a season record to remember and a dance to be proud of. Of course the moment in every junior's lite as well as every student's is the arrival of class rings. Some weren't kept long, but owning one. even for a while, is the highlight of the year. The Junior-Senior Banquet and Prom brings gray hairs to some and it never looks just the way it should, but come the time for the occasion and it always looks better. Sponsor Never, of course, as good as the previous Mina Schumann year in the senior's view, but it is their last, and will long be remembered. The members of the pep club were commended for spark- ing the depleting school spirit and will, no doubt, be a credit to the class in the years to come. Their social life was sparked by a turn-about dance and they applied their salesmanship in the magazine drive.
