D 6 i V Cl (Xj t v O' w s i OOO' MR. HERMANCE Mr. Hermance, we wish to take this opportunity to thank you for the many things you have done to help L C H S grow Into a better school. Your coaching has built better teams and better people. Your teaching has opened new areas of interest for us. Your brilliant wit and sense of humor have made It a pleasure to know you. We'd like you to know that your efforts have not gone unnoticed by the Class of '62. Only the photographs of another building, you say? How mistaken you are! To a passerby, yes, this is just another school building; but to students of Loup City High School it means much, much more. The friends made here, the achievements mastered, the disappointments suffered, the knowledge acquired here have made L. C. H. S. a very spe- cial building. It would be difficult to ever forget the crowded halls. . .the assem- blies. . . the excitement of a close game. . . the pass slips. . . the cold bumpy bus rides. . . the cramming for tests. . . the discussions in class . . . the mad scramble for the door. Our last year has been one filled with many experiences which we shall never forget. And so, here is your book, the 1962 RAIDER, which we give to you. May you always remember this memorable year in good old L. C. H. S.
