RANDOM THOUGHTS OF A FRESHMAN ANATOMY: What the hell am I doing sticking a pin in someone's brain? COPYING OLD TESTS: I thought I was finished with this kind of stuff in college. BIOCHEMISTRY: Here I sit, a 22-year-old at the height of my sexual potency, in a stuffy classroom fopen the damn windowslj listening to drivel about something abbreviated PPP which I will never actually see or ever again contemplate. To remain sane in Med School, one must have the utmost confidence that the inexplicable mass of gibberish being presented will at some time in the future be comprehended fperhapsj. HISTOLOGY: Should I take out my microscope? Just look at demo's? Skip lab altogether? Skip lecture? Will we get a chance to play cards in the student lounge inthe next three years like they do? ICM: No random for organizedy thoughts are available on ICM. WED. NITE: Should I go to Melius? THURS. MORN: Why in the HELL did I go to Melius? PHYSIOLOGY: Why would a dog volunteer for this? Was Dr. Sluggo lying? r NEURO: Where am I? MLF? ARNDLPZTQQMB? The great parties, Joe's on Friday afternoons, new friends, the absolute refusal to study during M.A.S.H. every nite -these are the things that keep your dog safe from attack. In retrospect, it wasn't so bad. As a matter of fact, there was a lot of fun! SPOOLEY K - And remember. . . lt all comes together at the end.
