NU SIGMA NU OFFICERS JOHN .MILAM - ..Preiidem CHARLES MARY Vice-Preadem CHARLES HANCOCK Secretary DUDLEY BAKER Treasurer Nu Sigma Nu, a national medical fraternity, was founded March 2, 1882, at the University of Michigan Medical School at Ann Arbor. The local chapter was established in 1951 when a local group, the Caducians, petitioned the national fraternity. At present, there are chapters in almost all major accredited medical schools in the United States and Canada. Nu Sigma Nu provides a well-rounded social calendar which gives its members a means of relaxation from the scholastic and didactic aspect of Medical Schol life. More important, it provides its members with fellowship and stimulates mutual advances in the study and practice of medicine. In addition, it is a common place for the student members to meet the faculty and alumni to the benefit of all concerned. 197
