“Tech Drills for Victory ’ second place float in homecoming parade, entered by Wesley Foundation. HOMECOMING Tech homecoming was celebrated with a well-round¬ ed program of activities which included a morning coffee for alumni in Adams parlor, the traditional pa¬ rade through down-town Ruston with nineteen organi¬ zations participating, the Tech-Southeastern football game, a business meeting and barbecue for alumni, the fraternity and sorority open houses, and a dance in Memorial gymnasium featuring Hal McIntyre and his orchestra. The homecoming queen and her court, chosen by the “T” Club, were presented at the game. Gail Gleason , homecoming maid Alpha Chi Omega sorority entered the third place float in home¬ coming parade. Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity float takes first place
