President E. S. Richardson The Louisiana Tech is forty-three years of age. Her history is an open book, indelibly written in the hearts and minds of thousands who have gone through her doors. Her graduates are not of a spectacular type. They have gone out into life imbued with the idea of service. The Tech Alumnus has learned to live with himself and, also, how to live with others. When you meet any of the graduates out in life they speak enthusiastically of the institution, their Alma Mater. Louisiana Tech ' s extreme modesty, perhaps, has caused her to be placed in the category of President Roosevelt ' s Forgotten Man. Tech ' s Alumni, faculty, Student Body and her many friends now realize this fact and are de¬ manding a greater Louisiana Tech in order to meet the present increased needs. A definite program has been outlined and it is hoped and believed that it will be realized in the near future.
