Q 2 , Y ,A ,, 1 5 M-ff' , nf! FROM A NEW COMBR It has been only a few weeks since I joined the personnel of the Louisiana Missionary Baptist Institute and Seminary. This has been primarily a period of adjustment. From where I sit, things look well. The student body is composed of excellent young folk, and the faculty is made of Missionary Baptists who are as dedicated to the Lord and th the cause of our Missionary Baptists as anyone to be found in our entire work. I have been agreeably surprised to learn of the deep desire here to raise the standards of this school in every way. To my surprise, and I am to others, there is to be found here ship within Missionary Baptist ranks toward the end of building a greater well as unity on cardinal doctrines, sure it may be a surprise some of the best scholars A spirit of oneness school is enjoyed, as freedom of interpretation and secondary matters. It is a working agreement into which anyone who is of us can feel free and happy. I am glad to be a part of this institution and pledge to the official family, the entire faculty, and the student body, as well as our people everywhere, that I will give the best I have in this work. 5, Edw.
