Because this was the first year the Bulldogs had entered into the Quint C ity Conference. they had an extremely hard year. The Bulldogs played in four tournaments this year. At Monroe City they placed second as they were defeated by the Monroe City boys for first place. To get second, they defeated Center. Shelhyville, and Shelhina. In their own tournament they were defeated by R III and lost to Affton in their second game. At the Sub-Regional at Troy the Bulldogs lost to Wellsville in a heart breaker. Although the Bulldogs had a very heavy schedule. they played some very exciting and hard fought games. They were in there hustling all year. Better Luck next year. Bulldogs!
