The information from such books is a commodity, that, when once absorbed, leaves a permanent imprint which is ready for use whenever needed. This commodity cannot be taken from an individual, and yet it is some- thing that can be given freely and shared with others. Books are things which are never outgrown but remain as sources for continuous knowledge, whether recreational or educational, that helps to develop the finer qualities of a good life. 7t.
