enior f f 3 A .Nato Entering High School, in September 1948, will always be a date worth remembering for the class of 1952. Thinking then, that it was a long way across the study hall before we came to the senior row, wondering if we would ever get there. As President we elected Steve McElheny, Charlene Towne as Vice President, Elva Rogers as Secretary, and Henry Miller as Treasurer. Sponsoring the forty-two members of the Freshman class was Mrs. Thelma Taylor. Next being promoted into the Sophomore class, we find only 29 members. With the election of officers taking place we find that these students were the class officers for the year 1949. They were: Henry Windisch, President, Anna Belle Williams, Vice President, Lois Kohlenberg, Secretary, and Bill Mettler, Treasurer. Our sponsor for the Sophomore class was Mrs. Thelma Taylor. Finally we reached the third year of our high school career, we felt a little more sure of ourselves. That Senior row is very near, now. The biggest event in this year or any other year for us, was the Junior-Senior Banquet-Prom. We will always remem- ber this as being the happiest occasion ever to arise for our class. The class officers elected in 1950 were: President, Henry Windisch, Vice President, Bill Beck, Secretary, Tom Price, and Treasurer, Ann Runyan. Sponsors for this class consisting of 28 mem- bers, were Miss .Tean Moorhourse and Mr. Donald Maxwell. Then came the all important fourth year. Alas! We were Seniors. In the year of 1951, we elected as our class officers: Henry Miller as President, Bill Beck as Vice Presidentg Elva Rogers as Secretaryg and Ann Runyan acting as Treasurer. Our sponsor were Mrs. Taylor and Mr. Hansen. Time seemed to fly and before we knew it, we were receiving diplomas at our graduation exercises. Our minds now wandered back over the many wonderful and joyous days we spent inside the portals of our grand school, Louis- burg High. Z S
