GOING UP All year long there has been hammer- ing and hoisting and welding and the quick layering of bricks as the new Hoo- ver Taft classroom building went up on east campus. Thanks to the hard work and success of the Third Century Campaign, we wi soon be vacating the old auditorium classroom building. Surrounded by dust, a worker saws concrete blocks into suitable lengths during the early construction stage. August, 1982. Concrete columns at the base of the entrance and on the porch give the fledgling building an imposing look.
