In recent years college has become so commonplace that most young people regard it as a normal part of life ' s experience. But college is no ordinary experience. It can be life ' s finest privilege. It can be filled with excitement and challenge that change our entire per- spective and pattern of life. The Oak is an excellent means of recording and preserving some of the highlights of campus life at Louisburg College. Upon its pages are found pictures and words that thrill and inspire.
