Mr. Edgar Boggs is our Scout Master and Mr. Ollie J. Moore is our Assistant Scout Master. Mr. Moore is the sponsor at .tnhao1. Ne have four patrols with eight boys in each and a Patrol Leader and an Assistant over each patrol. Tre Senior Patrol Leader, Jimmy Lackey, is over all the patrols. In the past year we have gathered scrap iron, waste paper, delivered pamphlets for the Second War Loan, the American Legion and many others. In March we had charge of the assembly program: giving the meaning of the laws and the badge. We hope Mr. Moore will again be our sponsor. I X f' rl lc'-ff CL U .123 v The Hi--f Club at the beginning of the year con-5 sisted of fifty-eight students. Clifford Fannin was elected President, Charles Haywood, 'Vice-President, aad Tom Vanhorn, Secretary-Treasurer. Tom was also elected Secretary of the Eastern Kentucky Hi-Y Con- feience for the year of 1945-44, held at Raceland, Kentucky. Thirty-five members completed the Bible study course and received certificates. The entire clvb has been very active in many drives qxmsored by the school for the war effort.
