lllllillwllllll This book seeks to present a mirror of life at Loudoun County High School. On its pages we see reflections of students engaged in all phases of living associated with a modern school. Loudoun County High School is one of the crowning achievements of the citizens of Loudoun County. Individual pupils, each with his wealth of undeveloped resources, have enrolled here to take their places in a venture of democratic participation, sharing ideas and knowledge and being in turn tempered by these experiences. The adolescents who came here with eager hearts and open minds emerge as thinking individuals, better equipped, through awareness of ability, to face the perplexing problems of our highly complicated society. Yes, the citizens of Loudoun are proud of their heritage, and Loudoun County High School is proud to be instrumental in helping to teach them how to preserve it. 2
