We elected our officers for the year: Annette Cunningham, Presidentg Mary Lee Mills, Vice Presidentg Patty Donnellan, Secretaryg and Charlene McVicker, Treasurer. Our first activity to start the year was a hayride. but since we couldn't obtain the facilities for a lqayride, we just made it a regular party. The party at Mr. Davisson's home turned out to be a treasure hunt and a dance. We converted the barn into dance floor and danced to records. The treasure hunt was made up of two sides, the Yank res and the Dodgers, but there was a question as to who won. In fact we still don't know but each side has a contented feeling that they won. We had cokes and ginger bread as refreshments and Mr. Davisson was our chief host.
