FIRST ROW Left to right Carl Baldwin john Paul Golliher Gene Himelick and Bill Pangborn TOP ROW Mr Havlza Betty Terrell Barbara Luellen Marllta Thornburg Canals Rawlings Mildred Price and Stella V4 eaver Class Ojfrcers President Gene I-Iimelick Sec 8: Treas Tillie Thornburg Vice President Barbara Luellen Reporter Connie Rawlings 5Ponsor Mr I-Iavlza Jumor Class October 23rd the class boarded a wagon at the drug store tn town enroute to Tillie Thornburg s to have a wiener roast Glenn Himeltck drove the tractor while everyone sat in and started back to the woods over a very rough lane When we arrived at the woods everyone jumped off the wagon to get the fire started When the hre was ready we started eating Some one got the bright idea to take Gene Himelick smpe hunting We heard later he didn t catch anything The fire was put out and everyone again boarded the wagon for the return journey back to town Mr I-laviza and all members of the class were present except one Guests were Glenn Htmellck and Peter David Haviza The evening of December ZZnd the class went to Connie Rawlings for a Christmas party The class all gathered in the front room to play Electricity Then everyone rushed to the kitchen grabbing a partner on the way to dance After this Spin the milk bottle was enjoyed for a while Finally the big moment came for refreshments Everyone enjoyed ham salad sandwiches candy apples and pop Everyone had eaten all he could stand so some played ca nasta while the others played carom Finally the party broke up after an enjoyable evening Guests were Mr and Mrs jim Hancock and Mrs Lucy Rawlings The class sold pop popcorn and candy at all the ho ne ball games and other events which took place at the hall 0 the wagon, on bales of hay, singing and having a good time, Finally, we arrived at Thornburg's
