Spiking a volleyball, sinking a basket, punting a footballg they all relieve tensions and help clear the air. Without even knowing it We're stimulating our nerves and exer- cising our bodies, as Well as developing muscular coordination Csome of us, however, are doomed to remain muscular misfitsj. Besides, it's fun! Ol! Cf RIGHT: Mrs. Charlotte Hart, Girls! P.E.g Miss Kathy Fischer, Girls' P.E.g Mrs. Debbie Martinez, Girls' P.E. A11 right all you Hamburgers- let's get with it! Biology, Physical Science, Biolo- gyg Miss Kathy Fischer, Basic Science, Biology, Mr. Doug Houser, Chemistry, Biology, Basic Science. Ever heard of a quark? I read in Scientific American that it's supposed to be smaller than an atom. Science teachers know stuff like that, and what's more, they know how to teach stuff like that to their students. Science changes so much too 3 they're always discovering new things and proving new theories. How do they ever manage to keep up with it? ll ,7V8lZ5ffj-,4lZ7Z7Il RIGHT: Mr. Todd Merrill, Geometry, Algebrag Mr. Gil Blank, BasicMath, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometryg Mr. David Hutchinson, Consumer Math, Basic Math, Mr. Bob Butler, Alg. 21 Trig., Pre-Calculus, Algebra, Honors Math. a+b:c, and lr!-cra, and a+c:b. Son-of-a-gun, there's just too much to remember. Believe me, math concerns more than l+l:2. just for once, l would like to ask one of those math teachers a question they couldn't answer, they seem to know them ALL! It seems so easy to do when the teachers are showing you how it's done.

RIGHT: Mr. Gary Wulbern, Performing Band, Beg. Guitar, A Cappella Choir, Jazz Ensemble. Early morning practices can be gruel- ing, agreed, but bringing home first place trophies sure makes it Worthwhile' With band reviews, jazz festivals, and the Musical, in the fall, our music di- rector certainly earns his keep. BELOW: Mr. Bob Huddleston, Art, Draw. Orienta- tion, Ivlr. Don Lumgair, Ceramics, jewelry. Art is the creative expression of the ages . . . but luckily for artists, people like it now, too. These teachers are the artistic leaders of our school. They supervise all the artistic crea- tivity that goes on here, and even find time to create things themselves. What talent!
