The major functions of the oliice of Veterans Aifairs is to give the veterans ' accurate and comprehensive information concerning the regulations of both the school and the Veterans Administration, in order to promote the realization of maxi- mum beneiitsg to prepare, process and keep records of all forms required for the 3,000 veterans attending Los Angeles State Col- lege on various public laws and the Cali- fornia State Billg and to coordinate educa- tional advisement with degree requirements so that vets may achieve their objectives. The personnel of this olhce offers consultation about medical and personal matters, assistance and medica- tion. A rest area and shots are also avail- able for the convenience of the ill. Physical examinations are oiferedg the eyes, ears, heart, and blood counts are but a few of the examinations given. The doors of the Health OH-ice in Building I are open daily. 'X
