Good minds fthe facultyi and excellent facilities ,fthe build- ingsj have been brought to bear on the problems of a successful launching of the projectile-the student. Rocket engineers continue to achieve higher degrees of pre- dictability as to a rocket's reaching its target. Unlike this phys- ical concept of plotting and predicting, the College finishes its task with the launching procedure. The projectile must chart its own course.
