H0'S WHS Another flrst has occurred at LAPC thus year Barbara Turnbough and Mllton Eaton have been named to Whos Who Among Students In Amerlcan Colleges and Umversl tres This IS an annual publlcatlon whlch lusts outstanding students ln most of thus natlon s colleges and unlversltles The candr dates are selected on a basis of scholarshlp cltlzenshlp leadershlp and aptitude for fu ture success Barbara Turnbough graduated from LAPHS ln 1947 and then went on to LAPC where she received her AA degree Whale here then she served as Vlce Presldent and Presldent of the now defunct Golden Gate Club She became Student Body Vlce Presldent ln 1948 After graduatlng from Junlor College Bob ble went on to Nurses School where she stayed untll her marriage to Sam Turnbough on Dec 19 1949 Bobble returned to LAPC after becomrng the mother of four children Upon gradua tlon In June she plans to start an elementary teaching career Mllton Eaton our Student Body Presl dent graduated from Hughson Hrgh School ln Hughson Callfornla 1957 and came to LAPC that fall In has sophomore year Mllton served as Student Body Treasurer Upon gradu ating from Jumor College he received hrs Alpha Kappa Sigma key In 1961 Mllton plans to enter medlcal school and specnallze ln bram surgery ,,v
