Expert instruction in palpation at the abdomen. Demonstration in the proper technir: of correlating heart sounds with the carotid pulse. PHYSICAL Demonstrations and practice in the methods of physical diagnosis. An attempt is made to have the students recognize average normal body conditions and to contrast these with the abnormal conditions. The class is divided into small sections for practical training in the examination of patients, including the use of special instruments for regional examinations, .Wy DIAGNOSIS such as opthalmoscope, otoscope, laryngoscope, proc- toscope, electrocardiograph, and all other methods of determining disease conditions.
