l.ocated between the forward and after superstructure, the Fourth Division mans the port side ot the ship, adding its knowhow and muscles to shipboard tasks ranging from highlining and replenishing, to keeping the bright work polished and the decks scrubbed on the quarterdeck area. Their duties aren't restricted to topside, as a great deal of the Fourth's work is spent keeping many below deck spaces in 4.0 con- dition. They also have the honor of manning the Captain's gig plus the No. 2 motor whale boat which is always ready to rescue Oscar or any other unfortunate seaman who chances to lean out too far.
