Also sponsored was a quarterly meeting of the New Mexico Council forthe Social Studies during Fe- bruary. Mr. Morris explains a situation involving an economic problem in the United States. In a biology class, Ray Zimmerman observes the slow but interesting movement of a planeria during one of his labora- tory periods. Sciences This year the science department was enlarged by the expansion of E-wing which added several new class rooms. These rooms added many facil- ities which improved research during laboratory periods, The 1966-67 Science Fair was a big success which enabled two Los Alamos High School sen- iors to attend the National Science Fair in San Francisco this summer.
