GLORIOUS CHEERS OF VICTORY COVER GRIFFIN GRANDSTAND Victorious were the Griffins of 1985 and 1986! Los Al sports collaborated and together provided the community and the student body with excitement, suspense, and most of all, entertainment. Los Al has always been able to draw a crowd, but this year they were able to pack them in! Whether at home or away, sports was the center of atten- tion. The team members helped boost spirits and inspired their audiences everywhere. Every spectator at a game left with a feeling of satisfaction and a desire to go out and get into shape. The Spirit Stick was a motivation tool that the Los Al cheerleaders put into action. The stick was given to the best supporters and the loudestt yellers at the game. Armed with pom-pons, signs, and cue cards, students and parents had equal chances to win the stick.
