BARBARA JEAN ALLEN Barbara was a member of the F. H.A. and the Cadence Club. She served as treasurer of the band her freshman year and lettered in band for three years. Her major was in music and her minors were social studies and science. Barbara was elected the best personality of the junior class. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. B. Allen of Iron City. BRENDA CAROLYN ANDREWS Carolyn, who was a representative of her community in the Fair- est of the Fair contest at the Middle Tennessee State Fair, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Andrews of West Point. She was also a member of the F. H.A. She majored in home economics and minored in business and music. NITA SUE BARNETT Sue majored in social studies and minored in home economics and business. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Barnett of Fairview Community. Sue was an active member of the F. H. A. and worked in the library. DIANNE FRANCES BECKMAN Dianne, a math major, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Beckman of Loretto. She attended County Day as a freshman, was Miss Freshman Class, and was freshman attendant to the Homecoming Queen. Dianne was a cheerleader for three years, junior class treas- urer, and a member of the F.T.A. for three years. She served as treasurer of the Beta Club for two years. Dianne has voluntarily work- ed many hours in the guidance office helping with test scores. She also participated in a regional math contest at Pulaski in 1962. An usher at the 1962 Graduation, Dianne minored in Latin and science.

ROBERT A NT HONY BEUERLEIN Bobby's major subject was mathematics and his minors were sci- ence and Latin. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Beuerlein of Loretto and was one ofthe managers of the football team. JOHN HA YLEN BOSTON Hay1en's major was in social science and his minors were in sci- ence and business. He was a member ofthe basketball squad for four years and was a member of the F. T.A. Haylen is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Lee Boston of Five Points. LOIS HELEN BU SBY Helen was an active member ofthe F. H,A. , and served one year as reporter for the club. She majored in social studies and minored in home economics and business. Helen is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Busby. JAMES PAU LIE BUTTRUM Paulie is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ted N. Buttrum and lives on Route Two, Iron City. He majored in art and minored in math and science. Paulie has displayed art work at both the Middle Tennessee State Fair and here at school.
