Message In looking back over the past I think it quite appropriate that I take this means of expressing a word of thanks to our School Board Superintendent and the Patrons for the wonderful facilities that have been provided for the Elementary School. The new facilities tend to greater efficiency in our work. we of the faculty pledge to do a better job of teaching. The HORNET STAFF is to be congra- tulated for the fine job they have done in the 1953 edition of our yearbook. Its pages faithfully re- cord events of this year in the Lorenzo Schools. I commend the HORNET staff and the Editor for this excellent record of our school year activities. I know that a lot of work and many hours have been put in by a good many stu- dents. The student body should take their hats off to its HORNET STAFF, I would like to say to each and every student, that during your years in school you are forming the mold from which your moral and educational character will be cast.
