The girls took part in inter-room volleyball but did not win the pennant. VIII-17 won the Citizenship Shield for November and we hope to have it hanging in our room again. Our artistic teacher Mr. Hatcher, president Louis Curti and vice-president Ken Jonatchick have kept us 7-10’s together. At Christmas time we had a huge successful party with plenty of food, entertainment and games. We have all enjoyed our year in 7-10 even though the room itself is an odd one because our floor changes color so often from spilt paint, soap, and paper. Besides, our room always has many peculiar perfumes from the various art supplies. Nevertheless, we have managed successfully so far and we all hope to experience such good times and learn even more in grade eight next year.
