In our Junlor Year Olrver McCabe Jomed us But we lost Mamrelee Iannascolto Cleorra Steele Joseph Hudson Danny Iannascol1o Lev1r1 Melson and Gerald Palmer so that our number was only 19 We elected Paul Marvel as Prestdent Paul McCabe as Vrce Presrdent Nellre Frankltn as Secretary and Judy Wrlley as Treasurer Th1s year our b1g event was the Prom whrch was our most successful achtevernent so far We also gave a Valentme Dance had a Bake and sponsored a Beneftt Movre Norma Lee Short re Jolned us ID our Senror year but could not spend the whole year so that only 19 of our 48 ongmal rascals were to graduate Thrs year we were given a new advtsor Mr Thomas Hrckman Agarn we elected Presrdent Nellte Frankhn Vrce Presxdent Btlly Murray Secretary Joan Colhns Treasurer Jeannette Qurllen Our Senror year found us lackmg rn sufftctent funds so we had to get to work Ftrst we had a Benefxt Movre whrch proved to be successful for a change Next we held a bake whrch also proved to be our largest Instead of a Chrrstmas Dance we held a small dance after the Felton ball game Thts was also a b1g success On May 24 1956 we left for Washmgton chaperoned by Mr and Mrs Thomas E l-lrckman and Mr and Mrs Fred Graef We spent four days of hotel lrfe tourtng the spectacular burldmgs of our caprtal and most of all havmg fun together Now lt IS commencement ttme Although for 12 years we have been together It seems we must brd farewell May we the class of 1956 set forth good examples of what our school and communlty have taught us Hrstory Commrttee Jamce l-lrckman Lollre Evans Connre Warrlngton K WI!- nga.
