Moments to Remember Some of the fondest memories of the Class of 1988 were the times that we discovered important parts of ourselves and experienced new emotions. We learned responsibility — to make a commitment and keep it, no matter how much time and dedication it required. At times we were worn down, but we always struggled to keep a constant pace. For some it was music or club activities. For others, it was a sport or two. Participants discovered a nonstop will that kept us going in a positive direction. We practiced whenever and wherever possible — always moving forward. The mental concentration and physical abuse reached new heights. We as seniors were all striving for similar personal goals. There were others of us, of course, who chose to be less involved in school. We were the ones who played the part of the dedicated employees. We worked long hours, received slave pay; but, nevertheless, we had a good time. Still there were times when no one could be catagorized. The times were those when we all gathered for a celebration, for a special picture, or for the lack of anything better to do. On occasions like this, we learned about each other; we grew together and made memories. But all good things must come to an end. Here is where we say our farewells, the Class of 1988. Pictured top to bottom. Senior class officers are: Mindy Matheis, president; Julie Anderson, vice president; Kristi Arvin. secretary; Robert Poehlein. treasurer.
