DEDICATION From the moment we were taking our very first step to the moment we stepped up to receive our diplomas, we encountered many difficult times. Such things from working for good report cards in grade school to making the basketball team and to choosing the right course of life after high school filled our years. But you. Mom and Dad, were always there by our side giving us the encouragement and advice that was so needed then. You shared our moments of happiness as well as those of sorrow, always trying to make things a little easier for us. You understood and endured all these things as part of our growing up. And so, Mom and Dad, we dedicate this yearbook to you for all the patience, understanding, wisdom, and love you have given us through these years. The thoughts of Olive C. Wehr perfectly express our sentiment: You guided first my baby feet; Your very presence made life sweet. You kissed my childhood hurts away And taught me then to trust and pray. So I have learned, dear Parents of mine. That a Parent's love is a love divine. You always helped and understood As only a loving Parent could. You guided me through the hurtful years; You held my hand and stilled my fears. You held in check my wayward will, And, Parents of mine, you guide me still; For memory is a golden chain That links us till we meet again.
