The Longwood Student Council is working towards good student government. This year’s Council sponsored S. O. Card sale, attended a Student Government Workshop, collected for needy families at Thanksgiving and Christmas, and sponsored several dances. Interested in school spirit, the Student Council started the tradition of Green and White day, awarding the winning homeroom with a plaque. The Student Council also reviewed the Student Dress Code and initiated ’’Speak Out” for students to discuss important problems in the school. Student Council Jf Ruled the World. . .
