Jh M emory of Henry J. JVeuss Mr. Henry J. Neuss, long a member of the former Yaphank School District, was a member of the present school district since it was organized in 1959. He was the school board’s vice-president at the time of the dedication of Longwood in 1963 and President of the Board for the past two years. An active worker in civic affairs in the community of Yaphank, he was an ardent supporter of the Little League and the Booster Club, and through his efforts youngsters and adults alike have enjoyed the recreational facilities of the school district. Parent, athlete, educator, and devout believer in youth, Henry J. Neuss will not be forgotten. 70
