Cowboys And Cultures The Octoberfest and Q' Western Day occurred together this year. Dressing up in western wear was in preparation for the Marshall football game. Plans were ,fat also made to participate in the annual Octoberfest. The Octoberfest is celebrated in order to introduce students to different cultural foods. Western Day is a tradition carried out each year to help promote enough spirit to ensure a Lobo victory over the Mavericks' Many students enjoyed the variety of foods at the Octoberfest, .
